ATCs, Please!

Hello everyone!  The last of my little installments is a small glimpse of my ATC creations.  The thing I like about ATCs are that they are quick to make and a great way to use up scraps of paper and/or bits of embellishments!

February 2017 Stamp of the Month

I am so excited to announce that I am a consultant with Close To My Heart again!!  My first scrapbooking love.  I tried another company and it was nice...but it wasn't CTMH.  So, I am so glad to be associated with this beautiful company again and can't wait to share all of the new and exciting things that are going on with CTMH, especially all of the cool new products!  For now, let me start by sharing the adorable February Stamp of the Month...

Scrapbooking Through The Years!

I've been playing around with my blog and have changed the name and format a time or two.  I had wondered where the pictures from my old post went to.  Well, I found them!  I have been really busy since I first discovered - or shall I say rediscovered - scrapbooking and cardmaking over 8 yrs ago.  Here is a little step back in time to some of my older layouts.  Hope you enjoy!

Mojo Monday 482

Hello friends!  I've finally gotten a card ready to enter into a Mojo Monday challenge.  It has been awhile.

I'm in my craft room trying to keep my germs to myself - I've got something and it's driving me insane! - so I started going through my things and found this cute stamp set I got from Paperwishes a few years ago.  I think they still sell it.  It's Janie's Girlfriends - Our Friendship.  I colored the girls with Spectrum Noir markers.  The paper is from HOTP Red Velvet Artful Card set. 



I loved the friends so much I had to try them in another color.  This time I colored them with Spectrum Noir Essential colored pencils.  I was tickled to find patten paper and ink to match the dresses' colors.  I have a bad habit of coloring the outfits first and then hunting feverishly to find the right color paper!

I am stuck home today without a voice!  I've had laryngitis for the last two days.  So, I thought I'd let my fingers do the talking.  This is a picture from my newest coloring book and I used Spectrum Noir professional colored pencils - Essentials!  :-).  It took me back to my short-lived JV cheerleading days. (The season was cut short due to bad weather and frequent game cancellations.  They cut the JV games in order to get the varsity games in before the season was over!)  I went to Gretna High School - GO HAWKS!  Our colors were blue, gold and white and the wonderful cheer was BLUE GOLD AND WHITE...YOU SHO' LOOK GOOD TONIGHT!  Good times!

Baby, it's Cold Outside

Good evening everyone!  I made this card using the card sketch from SCT365 this month and the leftover papers and embellishments from my layouts.  Enjoy!
